The car does not seem convincing. My opinion is that the Explorer has a problem with the suspension.

I like to drive the Explorer also as a rental car. However it must be well maintained.

Just was on the Canary Islands / Lanzarote on holidays and had a small rental car with me. It was a Hyundai i10 which has guaranteed beautiful days over there.

I can imagine that fuel consumption is low. However fully sufficient such a Micro Car on island holidays.
